Wynn resorts present their new resort project in the UAE
Wynn Resorts is planning to open a brand-new resort in the United Arab Emirates which is part of their plan to expand globally.
Craig Billings, who is the chief executive officer of Wynn Resorts, introduced the details of this idea to open a 2 billion dollars integrated resort.
As the Emirates is known to be a restricted supply market, Wynn Resorts has the opportunity to use this fact for their interest. The firm is going to have the region’s one and only gaming license, meaning that they will be the only company to provide gambling in that region, and in that way attract many visitors and tourists.
Initially the plan is to open the resort 4 years later in 2026. The resort is situated in Al Marjan Island which is located around Ras Al Khaimah, a city in the UAE. By opening the new resort in this location, Wynn will expand and make its place in the global business, with 95% of the residents visiting the resorts within only 8 hours flight.
“The UAE has become more progressive and modern during all these years. The Dubai International Airport welcomes over eighty million visitors every year. A lot of people visit the country from all over Europe, India and the Middle East. We think that we are going to have a solid cash-based business just like here.”
explained the CEO.
