Wynn Resorts unveils details of upcoming UAE property
In its latest announcement, Wynn Resorts has taken the covers off of its first property in the UAE.
Called the Wynn Al Marjan Island, the new venue is going to be among the first gambling establishments in the Gulf country. It will feature luxurious gambling and entertainment spaces in its over 300-meter tall highrise and will offer its patrons a standout experience.
The establishment will have over 1500 total suites, including luxurious villas, in addition to two dozen dining spaces, a dedicated gambling area, a wellness, shopping, and conference center, and a theater. The resort will be well-suited for all types of stays, from short trips to longer vacations, and will offer unique nighttime entertainment with its laser shows.
The Chief Executive of Wynn Resorts, Craig Billings, commented:
“Over the past little while, our team has been working hard, planning the most important aspects of our latest establishment in the UAE, such as its design and location. We are quite excited with what we have come up with, which will perfectly fit in with our storied legacy of building prestigious resorts that stand out within their areas. We are eager to see Wynn Al Marjan Island open in the future.”
The total cost of the completed project is estimated to amount to just under 4 billion dollars, with a completion date targeting the first half of 2027.
