Mad-Ads unresponsive after failed campaign

30 of July we had a deal with Mad Ads for 16 CPA from Canada, Japan, India, NZ and etc. Also we had deal 10.000 CPC in Canada for 2000 Euro. But we haven’t got any deposit or any good traffic from these both campaigns. There wasn’t even a registration with the campaigns. The money was prepaid but the campaigns didn’t work.

After that Mad Ads said sorry, we will refund your money back but they disappeared in a while. John Evens Marketing Manager of the company was our contact from beginner but we can’t reach him now.
