Rich Media Ads – ghosted after receiving funds

I was trying to have a deal with them for over a month now. But when we finally shake our hands they ghosted me for almost a week now.
We have agreed on a CPA deal for 25$. Or each client is 25$ that we have to pay them. I have clearly stated few times that since its our first time working with them and we haven’t got high budget to start we will do installments. The deal was 5000$ (5 transfers of 1000$) When our budgets starts going low – we top up. Simple as that. Their representative agreed and it seems that she was only looking to get the money and dissapear. Once I have sent the funds to their account – she said that she cannot do CPA with such a low balance and she told me to not worry she will do CPC campaigns – which I immediately refused and said that we are going to stay on the agreed terms or we can simply get refund and have no deal. However the girl “Zara” wasnt so kind and she started to dissapear for 2-3 days , saying she wasnt in the office – and she was always changing her status in Skype. She was ignoring me on purpose.

Then i had to find someone else from their team so that I can speak to them. I spoke to Isabella to confirm Zara is from Rich Media (Isabella is another contact I got from AffPapa affiliates page) She confirmed they are from the same company. Then I was transferred with Mark Jones which is apparently their manager or something of that kind. He created a group and assured me that the deal stays and we will work together as we agreed. However he was responsive for 2 days and obviously was trying to find an excuse why we cannot do the integration. After a while I just decided to tell them to refund the funds and not to keep trying if its not working.
Guess what – he dissapeared of course , same like Zara and Isabella.
