Scientific Games extends collaboration with Kentucky Lottery
The Kentucky Lottery will continue utilizing the CRM solutions of Scientific Games.
This latest contract extension will predominantly cover the developer’s CRM services, which have helped the Kentucky Lottery achieve almost 180% growth in online sales since its first integration around two years ago in 2021.
Kentucky Lottery’s President and CEO, Mary Harville, commented:
“Utilizing leading CRM solutions has enabled us to ensure that our players receive the correct communications at the appropriate time. Since the very beginning of our collaboration, the team behind Scientific Games has been contributing significantly to the enhancement of our CRM efforts. Having experienced incredible levels of growth since we first integrated our partner’s CRM solutions, we are looking forward to maintaining that growth momentum for the foreseeable future.”
The President of Scientific Games’ Sports Wagering and Digital offerings, Steve Beason, remarked:
