NeoPollard Interactive LLC (NPi) announces its successful launch in the Canadian gaming market in partnership with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).

NPi has made use of its pioneering technology to enter the Canadian market, contracted as the operator of AGLC’s programme, PlayAlberta.ca. This launch will be the only regulated online gambling website in Alberta.

NeoSphere, NPi’s advanced platform, has turned AGLC’s wishes of providing a world-class online gambling entertainment solution in Alberta into reality.

Alain Maisonneuve, president and CEO of AGLC, said:

“PlayAlberta.ca is another way AGLC is implementing its promise to generate revenues for the benefit of Albertans. AGLC is excited to work with NPi and apply their vast experience as we provide a regulated online gambling website that will offer players expanded entertainment options with integrated responsible gambling features and will generate revenue to support valuable programmes and services Albertans rely on every day.”

PlayAlberta.ca offers players a large variety of digital content including casino style games, as well as NPi’s industry-leading eInstant games. Future offerings will be including lottery, bingo, a full sportsbook, poker and live table games, all of which will guarantee that PlayAlberta.ca will maintain a competitive edge.

Players will also be offered tools and resources in order to make safe and informed gambling choices since the website will be making use of AGLC’s GameSense responsible gambling programme.

NPi has also applied an entire suite of managed services for AGLC such as revenue-generating activities and enhancing the player experience.

NPi’s main goal is to provide a strong and secure customer experience, which includes customer engagement marketing and NPi’s customer support centre, all of which provide real-time player support through various methods such as calls, chat, and email.

Moreover, NPi’s compliance service has fine-tuned its monitoring, reporting and data collection policies in order to comply with the reporting requirements published by Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).

“NPi is delighted to celebrate the launch of this exciting offering alongside our partners at AGLC,” said Liz Siver, general manager at NeoPollard Interactive. “NPi’s growth into the broader North American market exhibits how committed we are to providing the best and most profitable ilottery solutions. We look forward to continuing to evolve PlayAlberta.ca in support of returning revenue to the citizens of Alberta.”
