Caesars expands presence in Michigan
Caesars has recently expanded its presence in Michigan through two new agreements.
The first of the company’s recently announced agreements involves the purchase of WynnBET’s operations in the US state of Michigan, through which Caesars will get access to an expanded audience of local gambling enthusiasts in the region. The firm mentioned that WynnBET Michigan’s players will soon have their accounts transitioned to Caesars’ online gambling platform in the state following the acquisition of all necessary regulatory green lights.
The company added that it will utilize one of its flagship brands for the transition and will be dedicated to providing existing users of WynnBET with a seamless experience throughout the transitionary period. Caesars also mentioned that it will be announcing more details on the process in the near future.
The firm’s second collaboration, on the other hand, involves a local tribal organization, the Sault Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, with which the operator has extended its market access contract to access the tribe’s online gambling skins and to continue providing local gambling enthusiasts with a variety of online experiences. The tribe is also responsible for the operations of five land-based gambling establishments across the northern parts of the state.
