Kambi signs new agreement with Casino Magic for Argentina expansion
Kambi, the popular sports betting supplier, has announced its latest deal with Argentinian operator Casino Magic, in a bid to expand into the South American market for iGaming. Kambi is set to be supporting the release of the Casino Magic digital sportsbook specifically in the Neuquén province of Argentina, since Argentina regulates online gambling differently depending on each province. The sportsbook is expected to go live in Q1 of 2021.
Back in December, Kambi also joined forces with JVH Gaming & Entertainment, which is one of the biggest casino operators in the Netherlands, in order to help them enter the newly-regulated Dutch iGaming market. They are seeking to do the same when it comes to Casino Magic, except this time, the target market is Argentina.
CEO Kristian Nylén commented on the partnership by saying:
We are delighted to have finalised this agreement with Casino Magic and in doing so strengthened the Kambi network. It is a partnership with real promise as we aim to realise the potential of regulated sports betting in Argentina.
Eduardo Nanton, the general manager of Casino Magic, also stated:
Kambi has established itself as the clear sportsbook of choice in regulated markets in Latin America and across the world, so we are pleased to have agreed this long-term partnership. Their commitment to bringing exciting experiences to players matches our own and we look forward to working with them as we progress our ambitious plans for the Casino Magic brand.
