MGA welcomes Ghana gambling regulator delegation
Recently, the Malta Gaming Authority has been visited by representatives of the Gaming Commission of Ghana.
This recent visit was mainly aimed at establishing a collaboration between the two gambling regulators and sharing various best approaches, along with other knowledge, in the area of gambling regulation. Throughout it, the MGA talked about the details of its overall structure with Ghana’s delegation and provided its guests with insights into its processes of compliance verification and licensing.
MGA’s experience and knowledge base were acclaimed by the Ghanaian representatives, who also added that they will be benchmarking their gambling regulation efforts with the Authority’s processes.
The Deputy Commissioner of the Gaming Commission of Ghana, Kobby Annan, stated:
“Our latest visit provided us with an excellent demonstration of the significance of collaborating with experienced gambling regulators from all over the world to gather insights on various enforcement processes and guidelines.”
The MGA’s Chief of International Affairs, Kinga Warda, commented:

This collaboration is the latest in MGA’s recent drive toward international partnerships between various gambling regulatory authorities to share knowledge and enhance the safety of the industry all around the world.
